Every father is over protective about their daughter but it’s really hypocrite for the man not to care about someone else’s daughter. ‘Chup Raho’ is a story about a young girl Raameen who got sexually harassed by her own brother-in-law Numair and neither her sister nor husband is supporting her. Numair is an evil man and he is very smart in manipulating people whether it is his wife or his very own cousin he would make up a story that seems so real that anyone would believe it and in all this poor Rameen is being the victim.

From the beginning Rameen has been forced to keep quiet and she didn’t say a word but when things got out of her control she spoke out loud about it. Aazar who is her husband is giving a tough time as well; he is beating her up due to Numair’s plans and getting hypnotized by him. No one believes her while that innocent is correct, everyone is thinking that she is insane and she decided to stay in the servant quarter to stay away from everyone.

Aazar gets drunk and his unconsciousness he misbehaves with Mannal and this lead to Numair and Mannal to keep harsh feelings against Aazar. Rameen’s mother always forced her not to say anything about the rape as this would spoil the families but the mother was so pressurized that she got paralyzed and both the daughters are not even going to the hospital to take care of their mother. But out the blue the two sisters popped up to tell her their problems which left the mother into tension which resulted to her death.
